Online Auction and Bidding Information
There are several ways in which you can bid or purchase artworks online. We recommend
you download the Online/Absentee Bidding Form. To avoid any misunderstanding
about your bid, we recommend you review the form before calling in your bid by phone.
The form is required for all mail, e-mail or fax transactions. Online bids on artwork can
only be secured with a credit card (MasterCard or Visa), we will not be accepting cash or
checks. Only bidders who choose the “buy it now” option will be able to pay by cash or
check, in person, on the night of the pulic showing at The Luggage Store Gallery. Your
credit card information will be retained until Friday July 4, 2008 at 12:00pm at
which point the bids will be reviewed and the appropriate charges made to the winner of
each auction. If there is any problem with the card receiving the charges or incorrect
information the bid is considered void, eliminating it from the process.
